I need some good photo editing apps/collage either one I would look through but there's so many and a lot apps copy each other is ere any good apps out there? I'd prefer free apps but I don't mind paying if the apps are good?thankyou

I've been searching and downloading apps and they're all corny and never do what they say they'll do. I'm looking for a mirror effect app that's simple and free. Please any suggestions will be great!
