Anyone know? How can I restore my iPhone, yet retain my photos, music, apps, and videos?

Answer
If you sync using iTunes, use the iPod backup tool then press "restore". If your jailbreak version does not allow iTunes sync, back up your memory and then import it all into iTunes after unjailbreaking. You cannot unjailbreak an iPhone without erasing everything first.
