I own a fan instagram account and I edit my own photos but I need a new app. I have an iPhone 4 so I need an app that I can get on it. I want a really good free photo editing app. What are some good ones?

You should definitely give it a try.

Than there are paid ones too like Camera Plus Pro, Diptic, Kitcam etc..
