How to restore an accidentally deleted app on an iPhone?

I accidentally deleted the photo app (one that originally comes on the phone) from my iPhone. I can see get to the pictures from the camera app, but I'd like to restore the photo icon back on my phone. Is there any way to do it?

I am trying to understand how that is possible. You can't delete the apps that come with the iphone but you can hide them. Programs like BossPref on a jailbroke phone will make them seem like they are gone but you only need to start that up and unhide it. Going to the first page (the search bar) and typing in Photos should bring it up. If you really still can't find it you can always restore your phone and then re sync your stuff back on.

I accidentaly deleted an iPhone photo album app with photos and videos I didn't have saven on my camera roll or my computer. I also don't have them backed up as my laptop broke. Is there any way to restore the photos from the app?
