What are some really good photo editing apps?

So i always see theese people with photos of themself like in fucking narnia. Or like as half a tiger. And i just wanna know some really effective exclusive apps. If any ones knows any, help would be g r e a t l y appricated(;

Citrify, iPiccy, PicMonkey, Ribbet, FotoFlexer or Lunapic are great all round web based and FREE editing tools. Adobe, makers of the expensive Photoshop, has a free website version in Photoshop Express.

If you are a former Picnik user than Picmonkey and Ribbet will be your best choices.

If you need/want more features downloading GIMP is a great options. Still free, but you have to download the software.

There are also free tools to add text blurbs, to make collages, to put your photo into other images. There are a number of tools that allow you to put the image of a face into other photos for some fun creations.

What are some good photo editing apps for iPod Touch?

I have some but I want more so my photos look better. If you could give some details too on how to use them right etc., that'd be great! Thanks in advance. I'd also prefer they be free and have a text feature.
