I have a jailbroken iphone 4 running ios 4.5.2 and i just got an iphone 5. How can i get all my photos, music, apps etc. From my iphone 4 to my iphone 5 without losing anything? I know i can update to ios 5 and use icloud but when i updated my ipad all my stuff was lost in the process so i dont really want to risk it. Any help or suggestions?

Connect your iPhone 4 via USB to your computer and open iTunes. Go to the sidebar on the left where it says iPhone 4 (depends on what you called it. for example my iPhone is called Zaid's iPhone so that is going to show up). Right click on that and click "Back Up". this backs up all your photos, contacts, etc... When it's done right click on your iPhone in the side bar again and this time choose transfer purchases. This will save all your apps on iTunes. When all this is done hook up your iPhone and choose restore from backup and then transfer the purchases to the iPhone 5 and you should be good to go.

I'm out of town for a week and just got the iPhone 5 and was wandering if there was any way to transfer ringtones from my 4 to the 5? Apps or any other way? Thanks.
