best iphone photo apps of 2011 image
Sydney
I got my iPhone 4 in Sept. 2011 with a 2-year contract with Verizon. My contract doesn't end until Sept 2013, when the new iPhone will most likely be out and so I could get the 5S. However, my 4 right now is nearly useless; the battery drops from 100% to 82% in less than a minute (I'm not joking, the battery life is pretty much 10 minutes) and I know how to quit apps running in the background, as well as I've deleted many photos and apps, but it just doesn't help my battery life. Not to mention whenever I turn it on it takes 5 minutes and whenever I open my messages it crashes, and is generally a very slow phone. I use my ipad now for almost everything, texting, emailing, because I cannot use my phone. So now I'm stuck between waiting for the contract to be up so I'm eligible for an upgrade, or to cancel my contract and get a new phone (the 5) so I can actually use my phone. (The more expensive choice)
Thanks!

Wait a few months for the iPhone 5S (or iPhone 6) to be released and either get the $200 iPhone 5S (or iPhone 6) or do the $100 iPhone 5 when it becomes lower. Its better to wait a few months because you will be a late behind in iPhone model version

Answer
You could try Photoshop Touch, it allows you to add separate layers to photos. So you could add a layer of a png on top of the photo, reposition it and save it as one photo to your camera roll.
A great app for editing photos is Snapseed. It is simple to use once you have go the hang of it.
I also found a list of great apps that lett you ass watermarks to photos
