I am looking for the most expensive photo editing software out there, way out of the league of photoshop, paint shop etc. I heard it was called CFS, CBS or something.

You can now purchase Adobe's Creative Suite 4 Master Collection which goes for $2,500 Which basically has everything you could ever need. But if you are looking for just photo editing software they have Cs4 Design Premium which is specifically for that. I myself just use lightroom 2 Works great for me :)
