Well I have this friend and she edits her pictures really cool and she says that it's a free app. But like she adds like galaxy effects to it and there's this one where she's holding a planet and it's really cool, does anyone know what the app is called? If you answer I would appreciate it so much! I've been looking for it all day. Please and thank you (:

I think it may be PhotoChop. This app let's you photoshop images into other images. It's fun!
