How do i delete photos off my ipod touch?

A while back i added some pics onto my ipod touch and i want to remove them. they aren't in the saved photos so i cant simply delete them from my ipod. and recently my computer broke so i had to get a new one so the Original photo album i transfered them from isnt there for me to checkmark and delete from i dont know what to do and i really want these pics off can anyone help me?

I've been trying forever to delete this photo album from my iPod Touch. The Apple support website said to plug in my iPod to iTunes, go to my iPod summary, and click "Enable Disk Use" but I've checked again and again and Enable Disk Use does not exist! I just want this album gone but no matter how many ways I've tried, I cannot delete it. Help, please!

I just downloaded new software to my 3G iphone 4 and the picture settings changed. I have 2 separate albums called camera roll and photo stream and photo stream has all the pictures i've taken since i've done the download. It won't let me erase any pics int the photo stream album, is there any way i can do this?
