I have some but I want more so my photos look better. If you could give some details too on how to use them right etc., that'd be great! Thanks in advance. I'd also prefer they be free and have a text feature.

How can I get all of my info from my old phone on my new one?

Blue to th

I used to have the iPhone 3G and I just got the iPhone 3GS. How can I get all of my old contacts, music, apps, and photos onto my new phone so it just like new?

Answer
I would do a Google search and see what you come up with or contact your phone provider and they should be able to help. If you have a sim card and it fits then your good to go, if not most phone companies can just transfer your numbers over or contact everyone via text letting them know you've changed your number.

How to make a new ITunes account with iPhone 4?

I am on my parents iTunes account. I have a iPhone 4 and just got ios-5 it has all of these new features that link up devices so I am going to have my photos and apps and all of that pop up on everyone in my familys iPhones! So how can I make a new account from my phone and start over? Also when I start over can I keep my photos?

Answer
First of all, if you like, you can remain on your parents' iTunes account but without using the iCloud features, by going into Settings, then iCloud, and disabling all the iCloud features. (I do recommend enabling Find My Phone because of its usefulness in case you lose the phone, but understand that doing so will also allow your parents to silently "find your phone" - and therefore monitor your location if your phone is with you and turned on - if they choose to do so.)

Another option is to create your own Apple ID to use for iCloud purposes, but configure the Store settings to connect to your parents' account. That way, your photos, contacts, greminders, Find My Phone, etc., aren't shared with them, but you can share it among your own iOS devices if you have more than one, but (because the Store settings are pointing to their Apple ID), you will continue to have access to the apps and media that they have purchased.

Anyway, to disconnect from their Apple ID for iCloud purposes, go into Settings, then iCloud. Click on "Delete Account". This will NOT do anything bad to their Apple ID, but simply disconnect your phone from it. Then click on iCloud again, and on "Get a free Apple ID". Go through that process, then set your iCloud settings based on what types of stuff you want to share among your iOS devices.

Finally, go into the Store option under Settings, and verify whether the Store login is set to your parents' old Apple ID or your new one. If it's set to yours and you want to point it back to theirs to access their apps and media, which won't affect your iCloud settings, click the button that indicates the currently logged-in account, click Sign Out, then Sign In, and enter the login information for their Apple iD.
