Can I recover deleted photos from iPhone 4s?

I recently got an iPhone 4s and I'm still trying to figure out how to use it.
I accidentally erased a few very important photos from the Camera Roll this evening and I was wondering if there is any way I can recover them? I have not synced the phone with iTunes so that is out of the question. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Connect iPhone to computer, and then open "Computer", iPhone should show as a drive letter there. If not, please follow these instructions: In iTunes, right click on your iPhone and select "iPhone Options". Under the "iPhone" tab, make a tick in "Enable Disk Use". Click OK. Unplug your iPhone, then replug.

Now follow steps below

My iPhone 4s was recently lost and I'm not really that mad except that it contained over 1000 photos. I never really had an urge to download them onto my Windows computer. Is there a way to recover these photos on iTunes or anywhere on my computer? I synced the iPhone many times with this iTunes.

How to recover deleted notes on iPhone 5 w/ iOS 7?

Hi, a while back my phone randomly began deleting my notes. This was before the big iOS 7 update.

The notes are lost on the device itself ; not on iTunes or anything.

I haven't backed up my phone to iTunes in a while because of this.

I've downloaded numerous data recovery tools for Mac, but the free trials won't allow me to recover data for my notes (just messages & contacts).

I've read that this happens when your notes are backed on Yahoo instead of iCloud; however when i switched to iCloud it seemed as if my phone was still deleting notes (i don't really remember).

Anyways, If anyone could share with me a good, free data recovery software for Mac with an iPhone 5 I would greatly appreciate it!

It is only the note section I'm conceded about. I lost a lot of valuable information.

How do I recover these photos from my iphone 4s?

When looking at the photos on my iphone in iPhoto, a few of them are stacked on top of each other (each photo is visible at least in part, they're layered on top if each other and each is slightly translucent, so clearly the image data is still there). I was wondering if there was a way for me to recover these photos, as I would like to have some of them back (I already checked, they were not present at the time of my last iPhone backup.)
