How do I recover these photos from my iphone 4s?

When looking at the photos on my iphone in iPhoto, a few of them are stacked on top of each other (each photo is visible at least in part, they're layered on top if each other and each is slightly translucent, so clearly the image data is still there). I was wondering if there was a way for me to recover these photos, as I would like to have some of them back (I already checked, they were not present at the time of my last iPhone backup.)

If not, please follow these instructions: In iTunes, right click on your iPhone and select "iPhone Options". Under the "iPhone" tab, make a tick in "Enable Disk Use". Click OK. I recently got an iPhone 4s and I'm still trying to figure out how to use it.
I accidentally erased a few very important photos from the Camera Roll this evening and I was wondering if there is any way I can recover them? I have not synced the phone with iTunes so that is out of the question. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

How to sync iPhone with new itunes without losing data?

My laptop broke and so now I have no itunes to sync my iphone with. Luckily I have all my music on a different computer. Is there a way I can sync my iphone with the other computer (to update etc) without losing all my data: contacts, notes, photos, apps etc?

Auto sync with new computer will erase iphone contents those not purchased from itunes store, but the contacts will be kept, notes not sure.
itunes blocks this function since itunes is the tool with one way to transfer files from itune to iphone. you must utilize other tools to achieve that. if you are using a mac it will open iPhoto when you plug it in and you can sync then
if you are running windows- (As i am not) i would Check to see if your ICloud is big enough to hold them all or open ICloud and pull your pic to your computer from there
