What are the apps that get these photo effects? (More info below)?
Kayla
I am an active user on Instagram and a bunch of these accounts do amazing edits and they don't reveal what apps they use. The effects they do make it look like the person is levitating which is really awesome! another one is where there are cupped hands and it looks like they are holding a galaxy and then there is another one where they make it look like there are several of the same person in one picture although they are slightly transparent. I don't know if I'm making sense or not but any help would be great! Even if you only know how to get one of the effects(; any questions, comment and I will try to answer them if I was unclear.

I know there is a new catch phrase around: "There's an app for that", but guess what...... not EVERYTHING is done via apps.
Sometimes, we still need to learn how to do something and need to make an effort to get to the result.
Other times, there really IS an app for it, but doing it yourself the "hard" way gives far superior results.
For example:
galaxy: http://www.flickr.com/photos/beetle63/7123501301/in/photostream
Levitation photos:
Put the camera on a tripod and don't let it move.
Put the person on a stool/chair/ladder/support and take the photo.
Take away the person and the support and take a photo of the room alone.
In Photoshop (or Elements or Gimp):
Put person photo as a layer on top of room photo.
Mask (best option) or erase (bad option) away the support structure
to reveal the room from the lower layer.
