i own Samsung Galaxy Ace.. its a pretty good phone but the memory it has is not enough for me, so im buying iphone 3gs for 150 euros which is pretty cheap. which one is better in your opinion and why? i mainly care about the memory, photos and stuff like that.

And why a moribund IPhone 3GS which is DISCONTINUED
It came out in June 2009 (LAST DECADE) 3.5 years ago that is nearly 2 FULL CONTRACTS ago

By memory I think you mean RAM ( this is as you can see MORE than the IP 3GS) the SG Ace can take a 32Gb card which is more than the[ NO WARRANTY] IP 3GS FIXED 8GB
If you are getting messages re memory when trying to open applications you need to shut down those apps you are NOT using and regularly delete browsing history and delete the cache
Everything you " view" is held in RAM, the SG Ace has 278Mb of RAM, each app you open uses some of the 278 Mb until none is left (browsing history just sits there in the background even if you are NOT on the net, the last web page you visited is stored on the phone in RAM

iPhone 3GS vs. HTC Inspire?

I will be getting my AT&T upgrade this weekend. I'm torn between the two phones. I want an iPhone 4, but the 3GS is cheaper and my dad is already complaining about prices since he already has an iPhone. I might be able to persuade him into the 4, though. The biggest reason I want an iPhone over an HTC is that my iPod Nano no longer works, and my iTouch was stolen. So, I say, why not kill two birds with one stone in getting an iPhone? But, who knows. The HTC Inspire has good features, too, though. The top features i'm looking for are music player, apps/browser, messaging, and battery life.
So those of you who have either, or maybe have had both..
Sell me on one or the other.
I need serious and helpful opinions!
Oh, and any tips for convincing my dad on the iPhone?

iPhone 3GS all the way.
I have an iPhone 4 and it is fantastic. I have two phones and the iPhone is easily most used. Its great for internet browsing, and photo taking. Its got an iPod in it too! Who doesnt know how to use an iPod?
The 3GS is a year or 2 old now, but it still packs a punch. Its a great phone. Totally go for it.
If Android is your thing, go for the HTC Inspire.
As for convincing your dad..
You could open up iTunes and go to the App Store and show him the educational apps available. He wouldnt mind letting you get it if it will help with your studies.
You could also say that you will use your pocket money (allowance) towards it.
