IPhone 5 homescreen dimensions?

I am trying to make a background for my iPhone 5, but I need to know how far apart the apps are from each other (horizontally and vertically)

The iPhone 5 screen is 640 x 1136 pixels.
The icons are 114 x 114. The distances apart are not consistent, but they are about 38 vertically and 56 horizontally.
The easiest thing to do would be take a screenshot of the home screen and refer to that, load it in to photoshop or whatever. You can take a screenshot on your iphone by pressing the home button and power button at the same time. It saves to Photos, from there you can e-mail or sync it to your computer.
