right now i have the version 4.3 and would like to jailbreak it but when i do it will it allow me to get lets angry birds but it cost money will i be able to get it free of charge also when i jailbreak will it erase everything off my ipod like music photos apps etc..

To do the jailbreak, all you need to do is download the ispw file (you current firmware) and the redsn0w rc version for windows OR Mac. Those two downloads are on the sites listed above. Then just read the simple instructions and your good! These are also UNTETHERED JAILBREAKS, so you can turn your ipod off and still be jailbroken! Email me if you have any questions! :)
To answer some questions, this jailbreak won't remove your data, but is highly recommended that you sync your data beforehand just in case.
When you jailbreak, you get Cydia. From Cydia, you can download this (illegal) app called installous 4. It allows you to get any paid app for free. To get installous, open Cydia>manage tab>sources>edit>add> type http://hackulo.us> then, after it says back to cydia(click it), you may click search tab>type installous 4> find it> click install. Now you can go to a certain app page and click on installous 4. Then search for the app you want, click download (this is the tricky part), and choose who you want to download from (mediafire.com if the fastest and most ad-free. If there isn't a mediafire, choose fileape.com (the second fastest, more ads.). Just watch out for the fake ads (they aren't bad, just don't download it(fakes)). Then it will download it (you cant exit when downloading), and when it done, click install. When it it says completed, exit installous and it will be there!(if it says invalid ipa, it means the download failed)

go to cydia and get:
categories-lets you put all your apps in folders (also when you type in categories, like 4 more things should come up, download them and this gives your more icons for the folders)
backgrounder - lets you have many apps running in the background and makes slow loading apps faster to load. (to activate: when you are on an app hold the home button for 3 seconds and it will say backgrounder enabled)
get sbsettings to go with backgrounder and this lets you get to things like bluetooth, brightness, wifi without having to exit an app and it is quick. this also lets you see what apps you have running from backgrounder by clicking processes. to activate sbsettings swipe the top of your ipod screen from left to right.
installous - simply lets you get all app store apps for free! (with no bugs or anything). to get this: go to cydia, click manage at the bottom, click sources, click edit then add source. add the source: http://cydia.hackulo.us/
once it has refreshed the sources click on hackulo.us and scroll down to installous and install it.
winterboard - lets you add themes for your battery, wifi signals icons and many more (you can put your own picture as a background by going onto photos and click the one you want, then use as wallpaper then going onto winterboard and clicking user wallpaper and user lock background) after you have activated anything on winterboard, click the home button and it should turn black and say "... setting language" it will load for a few seconds then once you unlock it again, the thing you activated will be there.
you can get all these themes and stuff on cydia.
