Photo editing apps!!!?

Hey! So i was wondering if anybody knows of an app that can edit photos! NOT TUMBLR OR INSTAGRAM! Is there a app just like picnik or picmonkey? I need one that you can touch up wrinkles and blemishes and make cool texts and schtuff!! Soo!!! Help :) thx!!!<3

Citrify, iPiccy, PicMonkey, Ribbet, FotoFlexer or Lunapic are great all round web based and FREE editing tools. Adobe, makers of the expensive Photoshop, has a free website version in Photoshop Express. If you are a former Picnik user than Picmonkey and Ribbet will be your best choices.

There are also free tools to add text blurbs, to make collages, to put your photo into other images. There are a number of tools that allow you to put the image of a face into other photos for some fun creations.

I have a fan instagram account. In order to improve it, i think i need to edit more pictures and make better pictures. What are some good editing apps that you use?
