Every body's making pictures blurry on thier iPhone.. Like in the back round where you can see what they are focussing on.. Well how do they do that? Please help thanks!! (:

They are using filters. There are a few different pay apps that can apply filters to your photo's. Or there is always Instagram.

You've missed out on a crucial point, are you an android or an iPhone user?

I know android have two apps, one called "Pixlr-o-matic" and "Photo Editor".
There are way too many choices in the apple app store to limit it down to a few, just do a search for "photo editor" and download a few to try them, experiment and see what's best for you.

allygawrys actually looks like she users Pixlr-o-matic.
zwag looks like he uses the standard photo effects in instagram.
acaciabrinley looks to be using hipstamatic or vscocam, but could also be using a photo editing program on her computer then uploading the photos to instagram, it's hard to tell.

Adobe, makers of the expensive Photoshop, has a free website version in Photoshop Express. If you are a former Picnik user than Picmonkey and Ribbet will be your best choices.

My contract finally ends next year and I will be switching back to Verizon for sure. I'm still in a hole deciding what phone to get between the galaxy s3 and the iPhone 5. I've heard both are good phones, but I can't make up my mind. I've always been an apple person. Macbooks, iMacs, iPods, etc. Which one would be better for me? I also have small hands too.

Blur is either caused by camera movement or subject movement. If the iPhone was being used in low light, the shutter speed was probably too slow to hand hold the camera without creating blur.

There is NO post production fix for these problems.

You will need to either take photos of the boy you like outside or by bracing your camera against a wall or table and hope he does not move during the exposure.

b.) What is a good photo editor for Windows (Vista [Do not even get me started on how bad Vista is...]) that is free?

b) i recommend gimp, it is free. photoshop take too much RAM, on your vista

d) i think you can't actually generate perfect sharpen the blurred images, but there are apps to get close to it.
