I really need help i got a pic with someone and its really blurry so are there any apps or someway to fix it cuz its kinda with a boy who i like HELP

Answer
Blur is either caused by camera movement or subject movement. If the iPhone was being used in low light, the shutter speed was probably too slow to hand hold the camera without creating blur.

There is NO post production fix for these problems.

You will need to either take photos of the boy you like outside or by bracing your camera against a wall or table and hope he does not move during the exposure.

b.) How to make pixlated and grainy photos look good and clear and glassy?
c.) How to know when you've sharpened things enough so that there are no lines outlining it?
d.) What is the best thing to do for blurred pictures?

PLEASE BE SPECIFIC AND LEAVE OUT NO DETAILS (even if its about colors do not leave it out) AND PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ANSWER ALL OF MY QUESTIONS!!!!!!!!!
P.S. Don't you dare mention how terrible Windows Vista is to me! Trust me...I already know!!!!!

a) you have to choose it yourself
b) i recommend gimp, it is free. photoshop take too much RAM, on your vista

a) again photoshop and gimp
d) i think you can't actually generate perfect sharpen the blurred images, but there are apps to get close to it.
