Are there any App Store apps where you can put pictures on top of pictures?

Q. Kind of like a faded picture, but it's on top of another picture? I hope I haven't confused y'all, but I'm not sure how to explain it. I've just always wanted to make a really cool photo edit with two separate pictures, but it's in the same picture, just faded into each other. Maybe that explained it better?
I hope that someone knows what I mean! Haha, thanks! xx

Try INSTAGRAM ...and save your photos using INSTASAVE which is available in cydia,,,,

Instagram effects!? How do you get them?

I see blurred out ones.
Pictures with an orange line across it and other cool effects..how do I do that?

The blur effect is built right into Instagram, it's the little circle icon at the top when you are choosing your filters. All the other effects that you cannot do with Instagram come from third-party photo editing apps. The ones I like to use more are Camera+, DeluxeFX and PicFX.
