I cant find any good editing apps or photoshop apps on the app store? I really want a overlaying app and etc. just and good photo editing apps! Thankyou!

I really want a app that will add skeletons on your face or cool drawings that you can overlay on your photos. Somethings that can kinda transform you into something else? Its a little confusing but i know there are apps like that but i cant find them. Sorry for the bad info!
