im looking for any site or any app that allow me to earn money to Paypal by using iOS devices, i don't want app redeem, and i don't want site accept just US, because im living in Algeria. thanks

This is a legit site and a great feature Survey head is sending only notifications on a follow up surveys or an invite on surveys, I could of qualified for to my e-mail. Plus, when I just created my account on Surveyhead, I had received five dollars, just for signing up! I have earned the most money using Surveyhead. The money I have earned is about three hundred dollars plus Yes! a plus because until today I am still earning money. The reward redemption process can be redeemed once I had earned a total of twenty five dollars. Once I had eared twenty five dollars, I was able to redeem the award from the award selections and I choose Paypal as my reward.
When taking the surveys is I noticed to wait and to not rush. Remember quality over quantity! These companies were obviously paying me for my time and input, yet the money may not be a lot, but over time I was able to receive more and more surveys. Taking my time and being patient led to more surveys which meant more money for me and even more surveys.
Also, there is an app iPoll that goes hand in hand with the website. With the app, I was able to make money on the go when I was near restaurants, shopping malls, or a place. I had to basically answer questions about the place, restaurant, or shopping mall and they paid me for it. The payout of the on-the-go iPoll app is 10 cents per store, place, or restaurant. I know it is not a lot, but hey! it is better than nothing and it can build up! I cannot forget to mention I had to be at least 600 feet or less feet away from the store, so I had to be close to the store. Actually on 5/24/2012 I received five dollars just taking a photo of my favorite yogurt I bought at a store! Also, on (6/7/2012) on iPoll there were 4 surveys that rewarded me ten dollars for visiting a few car repair shops near my local area. So keep a look out when one is out for the day because of the iPoll app.
Suggestions:
- I had tried to not rush when answering your surveys (wait around 15 to 30 seconds or more, , when submitting your feedback)
- I also did not to answer in such a receptive pattern
- Plus I had given good feedback, like I have said these companies are paying you for your opinion, so really give a thoughtful and really meaningful opinion. (Instead of giving one or two sentences on how you feel about a movie for example, give a paragraph!)
- When typing an opinion really put thought, effort, and meaning to your response
Also, remember if there are surveys, do them quick because there is a limit on how many people can do them. Payout for surveys range from twenty cents to ten dollars!

iPhone 4S or Samsung Galaxy S3?

It's time for me to get a new phone and I'm torn between an iPhone 4S or a Samsung Galaxy S3?
I don't want an iPhone 5, so that's out of the question.
I use my camera a lot and I have about 15k+ songs.
I also like using photo apps and some other apps as well..

The Samsung Galaxy S II (2)was released in MAY 2011 & has 1.2Ghz Dual Core processor with an 8Mp camera.
18 months later November 2012 Apple puts a 1.2Ghz Dual Core processor & 8Mp camera in a phone and call it the IP5
The IP5 is slightly better than the IP4S and the SGS III is superior to the SGS II.
Do you pick the best or the worst of the 4 phones, they are not in the same league .
