Is there any app on apple app store that I can edit photograp?

ssman

I need a app that possible to edit photograph specially a insert a png logo on a photograph ? Is there any kind of app that could possible ?

Answer
You could try Photoshop Touch, it allows you to add separate layers to photos. So you could add a layer of a png on top of the photo, reposition it and save it as one photo to your camera roll.

A great app for editing photos is Snapseed. It is simple to use once you have go the hang of it.

I also found a list of great apps that lett you ass watermarks to photos

how is an HP chromebook different than a regular laptop?

Noelle

Answer
The Chromebook is a computer mostly for users who want to browse the internet and do general productivity like writing documents (Google Docs or Microsoft SkyDrive), editing photos (Pixlr), editing video (WeVideo), and things like that.

The Chrome operating system won't get viruses like Windows and Mac, but it accomplishes this by limiting the way that programs are installed. Only apps and programs acquired through the Chrome Web Store will be installed, and as a newer platform (which started in 2011), the store does not yet have all the programs you might be used to from Windows. But there are often alternatives (and often free) that you can find on the internet that simply run in a browser without installing anything.

Chromebooks come with a small amount of local storage, because Google would like you to use secure "cloud storage" that you can access from any computer. A new Chromebook purchase comes with 2 years access to 100 GB of Google's "Google Drive", and within that 2 years you can upload and download from that storage an unlimited number of times. After the 2 years is over, your files are still accessible (downloading) but you can not add new files (uploading) unless you subscribe to a Google Drive plan. 15 GB of Google Drive storage is free for everyone, forever, so unless you acquire tons of files on a regular basis that you want to back up, you likely won't need to suscribe to a Google Drive plan after your 2 years.

Chromebook used to be very much non-functional offline, but that has changed considerably since their first introduction. Offline, now you can create and edit your Google Doc documents (this is Google's version of Microsoft Word) and Google Sheets (Google's version of Microsoft Excel), play -locally- stored media such as your music and downloaded videos, and use "offline apps" you find on the Chrome Web Store, such as camera apps, select games, Gmail email composer, basic photo editing apps, apps that save web-pages for offline viewing, and many more.

The biggest problems people often have with Chromebooks:
- It does not support iTunes, which can make uploading media to your iPhone/iPad/iPod impossible if you only have a Chromebook handy. You can move and save photos off your Camera Roll automatically with the Google+ app.
- It does not support Skype (yet). Hangouts is a comparable video chatting service from Google, and is available on more platforms, however.
- Chomebooks don't come with, or support, optical disc drives (CD, DVD, Blu ray).
- Chromebooks do not support traditional games, on disc or downloaded from Steam or other services. There are of course many free games to play in a browser on the internet, but for some these won't be as satisfying as the bigger games they're used to.

I want to buy some kind of app through my mac app store that lets me type text onto my photos. Not just words but I want to be able to change the color and the tint etc. Also if there is one that includes extra editing and not ONLY text that would be great. Under $20 please!! :)

I've used photoscape with my pc before i got my mac and loved the text part. if you're familiar with that and there is a mac program similar that is what i prefer! :)

THANKS!!

Answer
I like Skitch the best - and it's free.

Should I get a photoshop or a mac brand like Aperture?

Answer
As a photographer and also doing photo restoration, I use both Photoshop and Aperture. I take it iPhoto doesn't meet your needs for editing.

Using one or the other is based upon usage. Do you shoot RAW? Do you use a DSLR? How much correction do you do? What type of correction do you do?

I don't know what you know about each software however, personally, I like that Aperture doesn't employ 2 apps as Photoshop does. I also don't use the devices app in Photoshop. However with the detail and amount of restoration I do, I prefer Photoshop. I do not, however, use Photoshop's Bridge, that organizes. Restorations are not integrated into Aperture, and I manage my photographs in Aperture in lieu of using vault.

I have some questions about Iphone 4?

Lalalalala

Hi There
I have 4 questions about Iphone 4.I'm getting one pretty soon so I have 4 questions. If you have some time please answer :)
1. If I buy a locked Iphone(I mean the ones that you can't put sim ,can I still go on web, download apps, play games etc?.I don't care if my sim won't work on iphone .I have another phone for my sim card.
2.I heard that Apple is going to fully unlock all Iphone 3 & 4 in 2 weeks. Is it a rumor or true?
3. What are some good apps(games, etc) that I can get on my Iphone? and please list them and tell me why do I need them
4.Is 16 gb enough for a teenager ( I;m 16 years old,I want some good apps on it.photos and music.or should I get a 32gb.
Thanks so much for your time.

Answer
1. Locked phones can still go on web, download apps, and play games.
2. That's not true. And Apple doesn't sell the iPhone 3GS anymore.
3. iMovie, iPhoto, and Garageband are really necessary, but they're fun to have. Definitely get Find my iPhone (if you lose your iPhone), and Find My Friends. Also get Instagram (adds cool, vintage effects to photos), iTunes Movie Trailers is great, Pandora radio, Soundhound (if you hear a song playing and you want to know what it is). As for games, I like Cut the Rope, Angry Birds, Words with Friends, Plants vs. Zombies, Doodle Jump, and Infinity Blade and/or Infinity Blade II.
4. If you can afford the 32GB, definitely get it. Just know that you can't get the iPhone 4 or iPhone 4S with 32GB of storage. If you want 32GB, you have to get an iPhone 5 for $299.

I hope this helps -- congrats on your new phone :)

Ok so ik u can put games all n one folder but I was wondering if I could put pictures in2 folders so I can keep ppl from seeing certain pics

Answer
Not possible, but you can use the app Photo Vault. this app allows you to transfer your pictures to the app, so no one can see them. You may also set it up so it requires a pin at start up, by going to settings in the application. Hope this helped :)

Good Photo Editing Apps for Galaxy s4?

sayra

I need a good editing app for galaxy s4.
Specifically one that has a pale effect. Please and thank yooouu

Answer
there are several good photo editing apps for galaxy s4. they are described below,

1.Snapseed
Snapseed is the one of the best photo apps out there for editing and cropping photos. It makes any photograph extraordinary with a fun, high-quality photo experience right at your fingertips. With Snapseed you can share photos to social networks and even edit photographs better than Photoshop. Snapseed is a wonderful app and should be at the top of your editing list.

2.Photo Editor by Aviary
is a fantastic photo editing app that lets you edit like a pro. Similiar to Snapseed, the app has a beautiful UI. In comparison to other apps out there, it lacks features, but it is very easy to use.

3.BeFunky Photo Editor
Looking for an insane number of editing features for your S4? Check out BeFunky, the app is great and has a ridiculous amount of filters and frames. Out of all the editing/filter apps out there, BeFunky is probably the most fully-featured. BeFunky Photo Editor can be found here in Google Play.

4.Adobe Photoshop Touch
For those loyal to Photoshop and Adobe, Adobe Photoshop Touch is a great option for editing. The app is similiar to Snapseed and allows for high-level, professional editing. Adobe Photoshop Touch for the HTC One can be found here in Google Play.

iphone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Mitch

i think im gonna get a iphone or ipod touch i have been looking at thing's on the internet like about jail break and updates and software and i don't know what the hell all that stuff means what can you tell me about all these things or anything about software i should know of

Answer
the iphone 3.0 operating system recently came available to all iphone and ipod tough users. it gives us the ability to do heaps more features on the iphone and the ipod touch, i would personally recommend the iphone (i have one myself) its a great phone, i use to have an ipod touch when it first came out, that was great at the time too but i feel that the iphone is the way to go :)

Itâs a phone, an iPod, and an Internet device in one. It gives you access to thousands of applications. And itâs built on technology thatâs years ahead of its time.

Revolutionary Phone
With the Multi-Touch interface on iPhone, you can make a call simply by tapping a name or number in your contacts or favorites list, your call log, or just about anywhere. Visual Voicemail lets you select and listen to messages in whatever order you want â just like email.

Widescreen iPod
iPhone shows off your content â music, movies, TV shows, and more â on a beautiful 3.5-inch display. Add to your collection by downloading music and video wirelessly
from the iTunes Store. Scroll
through songs and playlists
with the touch of a finger.
Even browse your album
artwork using Cover Flow.

Breakthrough Internet Device
iPhone uses fast 3G and Wi-Fi wireless connections to deliver rich HTML email, Maps with GPS, and Safari â the most advanced web browser on a mobile device. It has Google and Yahoo! search built in. And since iPhone multitasks, you can make a phone call while emailing a photo or surfing the web over a Wi-Fi or 3G connection.

The Fastest iPhone Ever
The first thing youâll notice about iPhone 3GS is how quickly you can launch applications. Web pages render in a fraction of the time, and you can view email attachments faster. Improved performance and updated 3D graphics deliver an incredible gaming experience, too. In fact, everything you do on iPhone 3GS is up to 2x faster and more responsive than iPhone 3G.

Now you can shoot video, edit it, and share it â all on your iPhone 3GS. Shoot high-quality VGA video in portrait or landscape. Trim your footage by adjusting start and end points. Then share your video in an email, post it to your MobileMe gallery, publish it on YouTube, or sync it back to your Mac or PC using iTunes.

3-Megapixel Camera
The new 3-megapixel camera takes great still photos, too, thanks to built-in autofocus and a handy new feature that lets you tap the display to focus on anything (or anyone) you want.

Voice Control
Voice Control recognizes the names in your Contacts and knows the music on your iPod. So if you want to place a call or play a song, all you have to do is ask.

With a chat-style view and an intelligent Multi-Touch keyboard that predicts and suggests words as you type, iPhone texts smarter than any smartphone.

Sending SMS and MMS
Watch the video
Text like you talk.
Messages appear on your iPhone as an ongoing conversation, so itâs easy to pick up where you left off. You can even forward one or more messages to others.

Take suggestions.
The intelligent keyboard predicts and suggests words as you type. It also features a built-in dictionary and

Send MMS.
Take a photo or shoot some video, then send it via Messages. You can also send audio recordings from Voice Memos, contact information from Contacts, and locations from Maps.*

With a 3-megapixel autofocus camera and a photo application that makes it easy to share, iPhone 3GS is the most photo-friendly phone ever.

Taking Photos
Watch the video
Tap to take a picture.
iPhone snaps shots with a tap then saves them in the Camera Roll, where theyâre easy to enjoy. Rotate iPhone to see a photo in landscape. Zoom in or out with a pinch or a double-tap. Turn any photo into your iPhone wallpaper. iPhone even geotags your photos with information about where they were taken.
How to use a photo as your wallpaper

Share your photos.

Select photos you want to email and iPhone opens a new message for you. Send photos via MMS, too.* Or post everything directly to your MobileMe Gallery where friends and family can browse and download them.

the iphone is simply an amazing phone.

iPod touch or iPhone?

miracle_bo

I recently bought an 8gb iPod Touch. It is so rad.
But is an iPhone still more cool?

I was thinking about buying an iPhone, but with the obligated new 2-year agreement, I decided against it.

The only difference between an iPod touch and iPhone is the iPhone has: a phone (obviously), Bluetooth, Edge, & a camera.

Other than that, iPhones are thicker, heavier, and you have to pay for a plan... And a new one at that.

However, for the iPod touch, they just came out with VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol)... To where all you need to buy is a microphone for your iPod touch and you can make calls when your connected to WiFi.

That is cool and it makes an iPod touch essentially an iPhone. With the exeption of having to be connected to WiFi.

ANYWAYS, to sum it up, what do you think is better and/or more cool. iPod Touch, or iPhone???

Answer
I've had an iPod touch for a few months, and I got an iPhone a couple weeks ago. I prefer my iPhone so much more for obvious reasons. What's different in an iPhone is that, of course, it runs on AT&T, has SMS text messaging, a camera, Google Maps, stocks, weather, notes, and mail. All of those applications are stripped from the iPod touch. The only way to get more applications would be to "jailbreak," or hack, the iPod. Both have Wi-Fi, Safari web browser, calendar, photos, YouTube, clock, calculator, and the iTunes Wi-Fi Music Store. Some external things are that the iPhone has a 2MP camera, external speaker, headphone jack at the top of the iPhone, and other handy keys on the left side. The iPod touch has none of this, except for the headphone jack, which is in, what seems to be a bad place, the bottom of the device. They may look the same, but the iPhone has a cool silver lining around it, while the iPod touch does not, and the iPhone has a non-scratch back, unlike the iPod touch--which scratches easily without a case. If you are willing to pay the bill for AT&T, I'd reccommend you get the iPhone, if you like the cell phone you have now and you aren't quite ready to go to iPhone, the iPod touch is good enough. The only thing I hated about the iPod touch is that it had less applications than iPhone...but it is an iPod...and not a phone. Also, the iPhone does not seem heavy at all to me...it's slimmer than most smartphones and is only a little thicker than iPod touch. At first, I actually thought my iPod touch was thicker than my iPhone. iPhone is way cooler in my opinion.

What photo application has the RVP and other numbers on top of the edited photos?

Tailor Hay

i need to know the name of the app , i think it's for the iPhone and the iPod

Answer
It isn't an app. What you are looking at is a scan of a film with the edges and/or sprocket holes included. You can do it digitally by adding a border and text in photoshop. However most of what you see is actually a film scan. The information you see tells you what film it is.

RVP III is Fuji Provia slide film, RVP II is Fuji Velvia. You'll find all the info here for fuji films.

http://gastonline.free.fr/Files/Film%20frame%2035mm/FujifilmNotchCodes.pdf

Kodak, Ilford and others tend to just place the name of the film along the edge rather than code it. What looks like a barcode running down the edge of 35mm film is actually DX coding. It tells a DX enabled minilab what the film is and where it is positioned in the machine.

A word to the un-informed. If you decide to add such info digitally then make sure the photo looks like it was shot on that particular film otherwise it's obvious you've cheated. each film looks different. Films such as Velvia stand out from a mile off.

Question about my Iphone sync process?

biff

When I sync my iphone with my photos. Everything goes on the phone as planed. But when I go to add one more photos it takes off every photo I just put on there and leaves the one I just added.

This also happens with adding my music and apps.

If I want to add a extra photo, song, or app. I have to add it with everything else that is already on the phone. Am I doing to the hard way or is this the only way?

Answer
that is exactly what sync is supposed to do.
because the iphone doesnt support drag and drop, you must sync every file you want included.. if you want to add a picture later, then you must resync every file including the new one.
this is why syncing sucks compared to drag and drop

IPhone app data missing!!!?

Ryan

Please help me figure out how to get my stuff back. I have an iPhone 4s and saves all my private photos/videos on an app called private photo lite. I then jailbroke my iPhone and opened the app and none of my videos or pictures would open??? It says they are there but it's just black... I backed up all my info to iTunes before the jailbreak but I don't want to restore my iPhone back to before I jailbroke it because I would loose my jailbreak data. Is there a way I can access these photos/ videos from my computer without having to restore my iPhone from its last back up?

Answer
First, you can access it via iTunes like you mentioned - so nothing is lost.
If you have another Apple device (iPad/iPod etc) you can try and sync the videos & pictures to that other device.
Unfortunately, if you want to be able to view the content on your iPhone then you don't have much choice but restore and re-jailbreak.

Answer
There are tons of great photo apps for the iPhone and iPad.

Photo Editor - Snapseed is a comprehensive photo app that you'll wind up using every day. Photoshop mobile is another editor to consider. And Befunky is great too with the addition of more fun editing features.

Swap Photo Parts - With Juxtaposer you can take one part from one photograph and add that part into a second photo.

Panoramic Photos - Pano features the ability to take 360-degree panoramas using up to sixteen photos with a semi-transparent guide helps you line up each shot perfectly. With Pano's alignment tools, blending, and colour-correction algorithms provide you can really get seamless images in just seconds - I have been amazed.

Text on Photos - Photophrase blends beautiful typography with pictures to create unique images you can share. You can use Photophrase for photo captioning, photo sharing, and just plain photo fun.

Funny Faces - Faceship offers tons of face-changing effects! Besides the TinyFace, effects include a bubbleface, square head, nerd glasses (with enlarged eyeballs!), catface, the best moustache ever, some crazy mirror effects, horrible zits, sad face and happy faces, fat neck, and a bunch more. Another option is PhotoGoo which lets you turn your photos to Goo! Create funny facial expressions from your friends faces.

Un-crop - If you've ever taken a hasty photo on your phone and didn't leave enough room on the outside, AntiCrop is the app can uncrop those photos by filling in the edges with just a few swipes.

What are some good photo editing apps?

hellogoodb

I see all these people's pictures and they're amazing, for example, I will see a picture of someone, and it looks like they've drawn a cartoon Indian hat on their hand. Another one looked like a girl courtseying, but her skirt was see through, and you could see the city. One more was a girl, with a shape outlining the picture, like a triangle or circle, and it had this really cool text. And the last one I saw that I liked, was a girls eye but her pupil had the galaxy pattern. Does ANYONE know what apps they do to use these? Thanks!

Answer
Citrify, iPiccy, PicMonkey, Ribbet, Picadilo, Fotor, FotoFlexer or Lunapic are great all round web based and FREE editing tools. Adobe, makers of the expensive Photoshop, has a free website version in Photoshop Express. If you are a former Picnik user than Picmonkey and Ribbet will be your best choices.

If you need/want more features downloading GIMP is a great options. Still free, but you have to download the software.

Photo editing apps by Apple?

lacey

I have a iPhone 5 and I want a photo editing app that works really well and is easy to use and that's free if you have any good ones that you know of please any thanks ðð

Answer
Hello friend, there are several good photo editing apps by Apple. some of them are listed below.

1. Adobe Photoshop Express â Free
Photoshop Express Adobe Photoshop is a world renowned photo editing application for desktop computers and Mac, however for a number of years, the company have also had a mobile version to their software available to download for free on iPhone and iPad.The Photoshop Express app from Adobe is a reliable photo editing solution for quick fixes and playing around. It allows you to reduce red eye on photographs, reduce noise, distort images and its most recent version also has a number of filters to choose from. This app has great reviews on the App Store.

2. Instagram â Free.
Instagram Instagram is owned by Facebook and in recent times it has grown to over 90 million users. The Instagram app available to download for all iOS devices is not so much a photo editing app but more of a photo filter app and social network combined, as is the Instagram service.

3. Snapseed â Free
Snapseed Snapseed is perhaps the best photo editing app on this list. It is a very clever app that will automatically adjust your photo to create the very best final image. It features pinch to zoom effects and framing, and also allows you to create light leaks, as well as change saturation and brightness.

4. Aviary â Free
Aviary Aviary is one of those apps that when downloaded you wonder how you ever got by without it. Aviary is a wonderful photo filter and editing app that merges the best of Photoshop Express and Snapseed.

5. BeFunky â Free
BeFunky Last on our list of the best photo editing apps is BeFunky, a neat application for iOS devices that has rave reviews on iTunes. Its appeal comes from its combination of Instagram and Flickr features, allowing users to easily share their photographs and apply filters.

How to make these edits?

belle

How do you make this edit where there is a shadow behind? (I'm using an iPhone) Oh please tell! I have super impose but I couldn't figure it out! Also how do you make your self levitate ( what edit app and how?) thanks! xxx

Answer
I know there is a new catch phrase around: "There's an app for that", but guess what...... not EVERYTHING is done via apps.

Sometimes, we still need to learn how to do something and need to make an effort to get to the result.
Other times, there really IS an app for it, but doing it yourself the "hard" way gives far superior results.

Learn how to use a proper image "editing" program.
Adobe Photoshop, PS Elements, PaintShopPro, Gimp or even Photoscape (the last two are free).

Using a website is fine if you only want to do a few photos, but resident programs are the much better option if you have more or want to do this regularly. If it MUST be a free website, try http://pixlr.com/ or http://www.sumopaint.com/ or http://aviary.com/ .

Re question #1:
Open the girl photo
Add a galaxy shot as another layer
Add a layer mask and shape the âcloudâ with a very soft edged brush on the layer mask
Go to blending modes, choose drop shadow and work the various options until the shadow looks right.

About question #2:
There are countless tutorials aroundâ¦.. it would only take you a few seconds on Google to find them all.
Levitation pictures

Here are the Photoshop steps - if you have a different program, the same principles still apply. If you're only using a website, it may not work - most websites are much more limited. If you want/need something better but can't afford Photoshop, just download Gimp - it is free and legal.

1.Put the camera on a tripod and do NOT let it move even a tiny bit
2.Take a photo of the room/area without any people or furniture in the way
3.Take a photo with your subject on a stool/ladder/box/whatever. Drape the clothes to hide any straight lines that will be obvious later on.
4.Open both photos in their own layer, the empty room/area as the bottom layer
5.Apply a layer mask to the top layer, and use a black pen/brush to hide the stool/ladder. Now the "clean" layer will show through.
6.Flatten the layers.
7.Use the burn tool with a very soft brush to create a shadow under your floating subject to make it all look more realistic.

Most iPad apps are pretty cool. Some of my favorites are...

2. Gangster Rio, Where's my Water... All sorts of cool games.

The iPad 2 offers a brilliant high resolution display, not as high as the iPad 3, but still pretty good. It also has a dual core A5 chip which runs at about 1Ghz. Overall, the iPad 2 is AWESOME! To be honest, there are way too many things to explain.

And you can see a summary of recent notifications when you swipe down from the top of any screen.

Safari
With iOS 5, itâs even easier to see the web. Tap Safari Reader to read articles without ads or clutter. Add article links to your Reading List. And keep multiple web pages open at once and quickly switch between them with tabbed browsing.

Twitter Integration
Twitter is integrated into iOS 5, so you can sign in once under Settings and begin tweeting directly from Safari, Photos, Camera, YouTube, and Maps. You can even start typing a friendâs Twitter handle and iOS will autocomplete the rest from your contacts.

Do I have too many electronics? I feel guilty for owning too many things?

Valerie

I've been feeling guilty for having too many electronics lately. It's been REALLY bothering me. But as much as I sometimes feel like giving them away to people who would get more use out of them, I still use them and most of them were gifts. Still, I have this weird thing where everyone's like "Wow you're SO LUCKY!!" When in reality, my family just comes from money owning restaurants on my dad's side, and I always think "Why am I the lucky one?" I could be doing so many other things to help people but I'm always so busy. Here's a rundown of the electronics I have.

1) MacBook Pro - This is my main computer that I use for homework, internet, iChat, and listening to music. I take it to the coffee shop sometimes and on vacation, even to school. I got this for Christmas 2010.
2) iMac - It's huge and is used by all our family in the basement [I'm one of five - including parents]. I sometimes use this for web browsing and taking pictures when friends are over, but I use it to create music because there's this program where you can create beats and stuff and put it on Garageband on this computer. I love playing my guitar for it. My parents got this for us for Christmas 2009.
3) iPhone 4 16GB White - This is the phone I've had since June and I use it obviously for communicating and the internet, and as my main music player and everyday camera. I love it and have a lot of apps. I got this because my contract ran up before the summer started and had the money.
4) iPad 2 16GB White - I just got this for my 16th birthday recently and I feel guilty about having it since I have so many other things. Regardless, I still use it to watch YouTube, go online, and mainly I use it for watching movies and TV Shows on Netflix. I sometimes use the Kindle app to read on this, but I might start reading with the iBooks app.
5) Kindle - I have the graphite one with the keyboard. I got this from my mom for Christmas last year and she also uses it to read on. I have like 12 books on it (I read a lot) and now use this and my iPad interchangeably.
6) Sony SLR Camera 16 Megapixels - I use this camera for taking artsy photography shots which I love. I actually paid my way for this and I really enjoy taking nice shots with it.
7) iPod Nano - I also have a Purple iPod Nano - the one with the camera - that I use to listen to music while I work out.

I feel guilty about having all of these. Any tips of how to not feel this way?
I also have a big TV in our den which I watch frequently, but that's not JUST mine.

Answer
wow you think that's bad you should check out my place.
