Iphone 4S jailbreaking! Should i do it?

I got the iPhone 4S 16gb in November. I previously had an ipod touch 3 which i jailbroke and loved! Ive been happy with the iphone, but im starting to wish i could jailbreak it again, especially with all the cool stuff it offers. I have some questions too:
1. Will it still be able to sync? What about wireless syncing? I take a lot of photos i would hate to lose, and if it were to suddenly crash.. I would prefer wireless syncing. (i have a macbook air if it makes a difference)
2. Will it slow the battery dramatically? What steps can i do to prevent this?
3. Is it easy to change the password on something so others can not hack my phone? I honestly have no idea what this is, an explanation or link would be great! :)
4. How did it work for you? Some comments say that it didnt work or made their phone have extremely bad battery, others saud it was great! I figure i can always restore it, even if its a pain.. But if you have done this, how did it work?
Finally, what is your favorite part/app of jailbreaking? Thanks so much ahead of time! Sorry its a little long..
Btw i have unlimited data, sprint, iphone 4s 16gb, no wifi hotspot, and a macbook air, if any of it makes a difference

You should absolutely jailbreak your iPhone 4s so you can get the most out of it. You will not lose any of your data or photos and you will still be able to sync (both with USB and through Wi-Fi). As far as battery goes, most tweaks behave like apps. If you have many apps running in the background it reduces your battery life, it's the same thing with tweaks. Don't overload your phone with tweaks and you'll be fine!

Apps to make instagram edits?

so there are so many beautiful instagram edits..on instagram of course. Edits where people layer pictures, add text, use special effects and stuff. And people create these amazing collage type things. I really want to try to make some of these edits. I've asked people what apps they use, but it seems like verybody likes to keep it a secret. If anyone knows of a good app that combines layering, special effect/filters, the ability to cut out parts of another picture, and adding text, can you please tell me? THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!
