App to make iphone pics look better?

Dsdfad

I want to post good quality pictures on Tumblr. I only have an iPhone 5 camera as my choice.

is there a photo editing app that can make the quality better? or make it look a lot more professional?

Answer
There are tons of great photo apps for the iPhone and iPad.

Photo Editor - Snapseed is a comprehensive photo app that you'll wind up using every day. Photoshop mobile is another editor to consider. And Befunky is great too with the addition of more fun editing features.

Swap Photo Parts - With Juxtaposer you can take one part from one photograph and add that part into a second photo. With FACE SWITCH you can do just that, switch faces between multiple photos.

Panoramic Photos - Pano features the ability to take 360-degree panoramas using up to sixteen photos with a semi-transparent guide helps you line up each shot perfectly. With Pano's alignment tools, blending, and colour-correction algorithms provide you can really get seamless images in just seconds - I have been amazed.

Text on Photos - Photophrase blends beautiful typography with pictures to create unique images you can share. You can use Photophrase for photo captioning, photo sharing, and just plain photo fun.

Funny Faces - Faceship offers tons of face-changing effects! Besides the TinyFace, effects include a bubbleface, square head, nerd glasses (with enlarged eyeballs!), catface, the best moustache ever, some crazy mirror effects, horrible zits, sad face and happy faces, fat neck, and a bunch more. Another option is PhotoGoo which lets you turn your photos to Goo! Create funny facial expressions from your friends faces.

Un-crop - If you've ever taken a hasty photo on your phone and didn't leave enough room on the outside, AntiCrop is the app can uncrop those photos by filling in the edges with just a few swipes.

Witch is better? ANSWERS FROM EXPERIENCE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!

Answer
I haven't owned a Windows Phone, but I have used one before. It depends what you use it for, but an iPhone is much easier to use in my opinion [for texting, calling, music, apps, photos, internet]

When I used the Windows phone I found that the touch screen wasn't very good, and it's reccomended you use a stylus.

Also, the iTunes store has thousands of apps for gaming, entertainment, news, info, and convenience. I'd go for the iPhone.

Iphone 5 or Galaxy s4? Which one is better?

nia

Answer
9 REASONS WHY THE GALAXY 4 IS BETTER THAN THE IPHONE 5

The Galaxy S 4 is faster than the iPhone 5.

Samsung's Galaxy S 4 has a quad-core processor compared the the iPhone 5's dual core processor.
Primate Labs ran a benchmark test pitting the Galaxy S 4 against other top tier smartphones including the iPhone 5.
The results show that the Galaxy S 4 is almost two times faster than the iPhone 5.

The Galaxy S 4's screen is bigger.

The Galaxy S 4's screen measures a whopping 5-inches.
That's a full inch more screen real estate than the Phone 5. A bigger screen means more apps on one page, more space for videos, and higher quality.

The Galaxy S 4 has better camera software.

Software aside, the Galaxy S 4 packs a whopping 13 megapixel camera, compared to the iPhone 5's eight megapixel camera.
The Galaxy S 4's camera has a bunch of software features that will make any amateur look like a professional. It's easier to take pictures and edit them on the go.
Pictures stand out with features like, photo blur, which allows you to erase people or things from a photo and Share Shot, which lets you sync your friends' Galaxy S phones together to share photos.
There are many more camera features that you can read about here.

The Galaxy S 4 is more versatile.

The Galaxy S 4 has the latest version of Android, which by nature is a more customizable operating system than Apple's iOS.
But besides making phone calls and downloading apps, the Galaxy S 4 can be used as a remote for your compatible Samsung TV.
Forbes Haydn Shaughnessy of Forbes points out, "on the S4 microsite Samsung says the phone 'suggests different programs based on your preferences, provides program schedules, and does the channel surfing for you. The Samsung GALAXY S4 even allows you to remotely control the TV or setup boxes.'"

The Galaxy S 4 is available on all major carriers including T-Mobile.

The iPhone has yet to make its debut on T-Mobile, leaving some customers out in the dark.

The Galaxy S 4 has a sharper screen.

The iPhone 5's Retina Display pushes out an astounding 1136x640-pixel resolution at 326 pixels per inch.
But, Samsung used an HD Super AMOLED screen and beefed up the resolution on the Galaxy S 4 to a impressive 1920x1080 at 441 pixels per inch.

Google Now is light-years better than Siri.

This is an Android feature but is still counts as a reason the Galaxy S 4 is better that the iPhone 5.
Google Now is a personal assistant that comes included with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. It uses all the information available in your smartphone to provide you with relevant information. For example, your phone knows the route you take home and if there is traffic it will prompt you to go a faster way.
If you're about to take a flight, Google Now prompts you to check in and even gives you weather in the destination city.
Siri just can't compete.

The Galaxy S 4 has more memory contributing to the overall quickness of the phone.

The Galaxy S 4 is packed with 2 GB of RAM. That means you can run more apps at once, have more tabs open in your browser, and it just contributes to the overall quickness of the smartphone.
The iPhone 5 runs on half of that, only using 1 GB.

How to make these edits?

belle

How do you make this edit where there is a shadow behind? (I'm using an iPhone) Oh please tell! I have super impose but I couldn't figure it out! Also how do you make your self levitate ( what edit app and how?) thanks! xxx

Answer
I know there is a new catch phrase around: "There's an app for that", but guess what...... not EVERYTHING is done via apps.

Sometimes, we still need to learn how to do something and need to make an effort to get to the result.
Other times, there really IS an app for it, but doing it yourself the "hard" way gives far superior results.

Learn how to use a proper image "editing" program.
Adobe Photoshop, PS Elements, PaintShopPro, Gimp or even Photoscape (the last two are free).

Using a website is fine if you only want to do a few photos, but resident programs are the much better option if you have more or want to do this regularly. If it MUST be a free website, try http://pixlr.com/ or http://www.sumopaint.com/ or http://aviary.com/ .

Re question #1:
Open the girl photo
Add a galaxy shot as another layer
Add a layer mask and shape the âcloudâ with a very soft edged brush on the layer mask
Go to blending modes, choose drop shadow and work the various options until the shadow looks right.

About question #2:
There are countless tutorials aroundâ¦.. it would only take you a few seconds on Google to find them all.
Levitation pictures

Here are the Photoshop steps - if you have a different program, the same principles still apply. If you're only using a website, it may not work - most websites are much more limited. If you want/need something better but can't afford Photoshop, just download Gimp - it is free and legal.

1.Put the camera on a tripod and do NOT let it move even a tiny bit
2.Take a photo of the room/area without any people or furniture in the way
3.Take a photo with your subject on a stool/ladder/box/whatever. Drape the clothes to hide any straight lines that will be obvious later on.
4.Open both photos in their own layer, the empty room/area as the bottom layer
5.Apply a layer mask to the top layer, and use a black pen/brush to hide the stool/ladder. Now the "clean" layer will show through.
6.Flatten the layers.
7.Use the burn tool with a very soft brush to create a shadow under your floating subject to make it all look more realistic.

Citrify, iPiccy, PicMonkey, Ribbet, FotoFlexer or Lunapic are great all round web based and FREE editing tools. Adobe, makers of the expensive Photoshop, has a free website version in Photoshop Express. If you are a former Picnik user than Picmonkey and Ribbet will be your best choices.

There are also free tools to add text blurbs, to make collages, to put your photo into other images. There are a number of tools that allow you to put the image of a face into other photos for some fun creations.

i think im gonna get a iphone or ipod touch i have been looking at thing's on the internet like about jail break and updates and software and i don't know what the hell all that stuff means what can you tell me about all these things or anything about software i should know of

Answer
the iphone 3.0 operating system recently came available to all iphone and ipod tough users. it gives us the ability to do heaps more features on the iphone and the ipod touch, i would personally recommend the iphone (i have one myself) its a great phone, i use to have an ipod touch when it first came out, that was great at the time too but i feel that the iphone is the way to go :)

Itâs a phone, an iPod, and an Internet device in one. It gives you access to thousands of applications. And itâs built on technology thatâs years ahead of its time.

Revolutionary Phone
With the Multi-Touch interface on iPhone, you can make a call simply by tapping a name or number in your contacts or favorites list, your call log, or just about anywhere. Visual Voicemail lets you select and listen to messages in whatever order you want â just like email.

Widescreen iPod
iPhone shows off your content â music, movies, TV shows, and more â on a beautiful 3.5-inch display. Add to your collection by downloading music and video wirelessly
from the iTunes Store. Scroll
through songs and playlists
with the touch of a finger.
Even browse your album
artwork using Cover Flow.

Breakthrough Internet Device
iPhone uses fast 3G and Wi-Fi wireless connections to deliver rich HTML email, Maps with GPS, and Safari â the most advanced web browser on a mobile device. It has Google and Yahoo! search built in. And since iPhone multitasks, you can make a phone call while emailing a photo or surfing the web over a Wi-Fi or 3G connection.

The Fastest iPhone Ever
The first thing youâll notice about iPhone 3GS is how quickly you can launch applications. Web pages render in a fraction of the time, and you can view email attachments faster. Improved performance and updated 3D graphics deliver an incredible gaming experience, too. In fact, everything you do on iPhone 3GS is up to 2x faster and more responsive than iPhone 3G.

Now you can shoot video, edit it, and share it â all on your iPhone 3GS. Shoot high-quality VGA video in portrait or landscape. Trim your footage by adjusting start and end points. Then share your video in an email, post it to your MobileMe gallery, publish it on YouTube, or sync it back to your Mac or PC using iTunes.

3-Megapixel Camera
The new 3-megapixel camera takes great still photos, too, thanks to built-in autofocus and a handy new feature that lets you tap the display to focus on anything (or anyone) you want.

Voice Control
Voice Control recognizes the names in your Contacts and knows the music on your iPod. So if you want to place a call or play a song, all you have to do is ask.

With a chat-style view and an intelligent Multi-Touch keyboard that predicts and suggests words as you type, iPhone texts smarter than any smartphone.

Sending SMS and MMS
Watch the video
Text like you talk.
Messages appear on your iPhone as an ongoing conversation, so itâs easy to pick up where you left off. You can even forward one or more messages to others.

Take suggestions.
The intelligent keyboard predicts and suggests words as you type. It also features a built-in dictionary and

Send MMS.
Take a photo or shoot some video, then send it via Messages. You can also send audio recordings from Voice Memos, contact information from Contacts, and locations from Maps.*

With a 3-megapixel autofocus camera and a photo application that makes it easy to share, iPhone 3GS is the most photo-friendly phone ever.

Taking Photos
Watch the video
Tap to take a picture.
iPhone snaps shots with a tap then saves them in the Camera Roll, where theyâre easy to enjoy. Rotate iPhone to see a photo in landscape. Zoom in or out with a pinch or a double-tap. Turn any photo into your iPhone wallpaper. iPhone even geotags your photos with information about where they were taken.
How to use a photo as your wallpaper

Share your photos.

Select photos you want to email and iPhone opens a new message for you. Send photos via MMS, too.* Or post everything directly to your MobileMe Gallery where friends and family can browse and download them.

the iphone is simply an amazing phone.

Android gingerbread/icecream vs ios5 vs windows 7.5 mango vs symbian belle?

RKO RULZ

1.pros and cons of above os,5 stars to best answer.also
2.do you think nokia can retain lost glory with windows 7.5 and symbian belle/cindy.

Answer
Can't comment on Android, don't follow closely enough but it looks like Gingerbread is mostly stability improvements and poor face recognition.

iOS 5: Extremely stable and access to loads of Apps on the App Store. iOS 5 also has Siri (virtual assistant/voice control) and other features like built in Photo and Video editing, free messaging, free video calling (FaceTime. Not sure if others have a built in equivalent). When you look any OS really, also look at hardware. iOS 5 and iPhone are tightly integrated and controlled to work perfectly, end-to-end.

Windows Phone 7.5: This is really just a catch up OS, Microsoft fell behind in mobile OS, now they catch up. And pretty well I admit. I still prefer iOS 5, but Mango has a nice UI and great set of features.

Symbian: To me symbian is pretty much gone, only used on basic phones. Nokia is moving to Windows Phone for their future products. Symbian fell too far behind, and don't really look like they want to. Incredibly stable, but lacks so many features that the competition offers. I hope Nokia doesn't come back, they didn't really release good products.

Most of it depends on personal preference, the look and feel and so on.

show me your love!!!?

Judy

is it possible to retrieve deleted photos from iphone?

David

Answer
You'll need to connect your phone to a PC using a USB cable (or take the memory card out and plug it into a card reader on the PC). You should see memory card shown as a drive letter (like H:) in Windows Explorer.

Then download some good photo recovery software that provides a free demo with the ability to preview the files it finds left on the phone (or card).

can i recover pictures that i deleted from my iphone?

martiruli

Answer
First thing to note is that the deleted data on the phone will remain there until something new is saved and overwrites it. This might not happen immediately but eventually, after continued use, it will.
Either connect the phone straight to a PC using a USB cable (if supplied with the phone) or take the card out and put it in a card reader attached to the PC. You should see memory card shown as a drive letter (like H:) in Windows Explorer.

Then try some photo recovery software on the PC. This should recognise the phone or card and then you can scan it using the free download of some good photo recovery software. That will show you what files still exist on the phone or card and what can be recovered.

What's the best photo editing app?

Sierra O

I have an iPad 4, so it has the most updated iOS, and was wondering what the best photo editing app was? I don't want it for making a face look prettier, maybe like editing the background or putting a lot of photos together like I'm a twin.(not a collage)

Any cool apps like that at all, or similar? Hanks(:

Answer
You may try Fotor-PES for iphone.
The App focus on the professional editing and more effects and filters ,but it's so easy to use.
http://www.fotor.com/iphone/index-pes.html

As for your require of "Twin",i recommed you the Montage of Fotor online editor:
http://www.fotor.com/features/montage.html
You can put lots of photos into a background picture, and use "Easer" to wipe out the elements you don't want, it's pretty interesting.

Best way to edit photos on an iPad/iPhone? Apps or websites. Like to make them look professional :) thanks!

Answer
It all depends on what you are doing, but there is an Adobe Photoshop mini app on iPad that's probably got a lot of what you need. I like Procreate, which is more about painting.

App that hides apps on iphone?.?

Stacie K

I was wondering if there is an app in the app store that hides other apps. Not just the preinstalled ones, but ones that I download. I want to hide stuff from my parents. I don't want to jailbreak my new iPhone 5c. I just want an app that can hide my apps. Like how there are apps to hide pics? I want one that hides apps. Thanks in advance.

Answer
Hehe I see what you're trying to do... Anyway there is no possible way to get around hiding apps without jailbreaking the file system. There is however a possibility of disguising the app to look like another app to prevent them from being interested in checking it out.

Here is my tutorial:
1. Download "ifunbox" on your computer it's a tool used to explore the device's photos and raw file system. (Most of the features are limited without jailbreaking, but iOS 7 made it possible for them to explore downloaded applications)
Win- http://dl.i-funbox.com/ifunbox2014.zip
Mac- http://dl.i-funbox.com/mac/ifunboxmac.dmg

2. Google image a fake app icon and download it. Such as a calculator icon, mail icon, etc...

3. Plug your iDevice into your computer and run ifunbox. Click on your device and click "raw file system". And click the folder containing user applications and navigate to the one you want to disguise.

4. Explore the structure of the app until you can find where they have the thumbnail(s) of the app. Once you find it copy the file name of the image. Then delete the image.

5. Next click and drag the downloaded fake thumbnail from the internet into the SAME folder you just deleted the old one from. RENAME the image to the title of the old one.

6. MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS FOR ALL THE THUMBNAILS IN THE APP IF THERE IS MORE THAN ONE (you can use the same image just rename it to the one you replace.)

And that should be all. Just close ifunbox and unplug your device and you should be good to go. If it didn't do anything try rebooting. That's all I got for ya unless you end up jailbreaking (which there are many more possibilities)

I hope this helped you! Good luck

P.s. Sorry if it's more confusing than it should be

Is there any app to hide iphone photos?

WishIwereE

I recently got the verizon iphone four and i love the camera, but my dad wants to borrow my phone sometimes and I want to be able to take pictures without the fear of him looking through them, so I was just wondering if there was an app where I could keep my photos instead of in my built in photo gallery. It doesn't need to be protected or anything, just a secondary storage unit.

Answer
You can try this app, Camera Plus Pro, has a secondary library, called the quick Roll, You can move all your private photos from the Camera Roll into this app. And also password protect your photos. This way better since, it doesn't scream "Private Photos Here!!!!" that would just make anyone curious rite? Try it, great app, lets you do tons of fun stuff to your photos too!

Should I get a Iphone 5?

Courtney

I have a blackberry at the moment and I want to get a iphone 5. Are they good? Anything I should know?

Answer
I recommend that you should get iPhone 5. The iPhone 5 is full of hidden features and tricks that let users get more out of the iPhone 5 while they wait for iOS 7 to arrive.

Here are 15 of the lesser known iPhone 5 features we discovered while using the iPhone 5 for the last six months. Many of these features will also work on the iPhone 4S running iOS 6.

Take a Photo While Recording Video
The iPhone 5 lets users record video and take a photo without stopping. This feature is only available on the iPhone 5, and it doesnât take a full resolution photo, but it is great for capturing a special moment in video and photo.

Get Better Reception
The iPhone 5 features LTE which delivers blazing fast download speeds, but it can also cut battery life and in some situations leave users with a phone that canât connect. While traveling in New York, we turned off LTE and went form no signal to full coverage in 3G.

Let Special Callers Through Do Not Disturb
Do Not Disturb is a great way to block incoming calls and texts, but itâs tough to turn off a phone all day when you need to be available to a spouse, boss or kids. Thankfully itâs easy to allow users to break through Do Not Disturb while keeping everyone else silent.

Get an LED Alert for Calls and Texts
Former Android users may miss the LED alerts that let them know a call or text is coming in. The iPhone 5 doesnât add a notification LED, but it is possible to use the camera flash as an improvised notification alert.

Automatic WiFi Backups
Forget about paying for extra iCloud storage and automatically backup the iPhone 5 to a Mac or PC using WiFi and iTunes. With this setting enabled, the iPhone will back up to your local computer when the computer is turned on, the iPhone is connected to the same WiFi network and is plugged in.

Show Battery Percentage
Users who want to know exactly how much iPhone 5 battery life they have left can turn on battery percent, which will place a small battery percentage indicator in the upper right.

Open Apps With Siri
The iPhone 5 ships with Siri which users may use to set appointments, send text messages and make calls, but Siri can do much more. One of the best new Siri features in iOS 6 is the ability to open apps.

Automatically Download Apps & More
Users who purchase apps on their computer or who also have an iPad or iPod touch will appreciate the ability to automatically download new apps, music and books to the iPhone 5.

Monitor Data Usage on the iPhone 5
With unlimited data a thing of the past for most users, monitoring the amount of data used on an iPhone can mean the difference between a normal bill and one with a nasty surprise.

Type Faster with Shortcuts and Swipes
The iPhone 5 offers two ways to help users type better. Even though there is no way to install a new keyboard like Swype without a jailbreak, users can add shortcuts to the iPhone 5 keyboard and more.

Turn Siri on When Picking Up the iPhone 5
To use Siri without pressing the home button, users can turn on a setting that will make Siri automatically launch picking up the iPhone 5.

The iPhone automatically senses that the device is being picked up and when the proximity sensor indicates it is next to a head, like with a phone call, it will automatically start Siri.

Add the Emoji Keyboard
Do you want to be able to send advanced emoticons on the iPhone? The emoji keyboard delivers row after row of special emoticons that will show up on other iPhones to deliver funny and lively messages.

Use an On Screen Home Button
The iPhone home button is one of the first parts to wear out for many users, and others find it too noisy to use in meetings or while next to someone in bed.

Turn on Find My iPhone

Apple includes a Find My iPhone feature in the iPhone 5 that helps users track down a lost or stolen iPhone using the phoneâs GPS and signal.

Send iMessage as a Text Automatically
iMessage is a great way to avoid text message charges, but when it goes own users can end up with a bunch of unsent messages. This is annoying, but users can make sure messages go through without any manual intervention required.

Answer
Here are some Very Good Apps:

Got an Apple (AAPL) iPhone or iPod touch for Christmas? As you've probably heard, a lot of the fun is the App Store, Apple's wildly successful software store. Here's 20 of our favorite apps to load your phone up with -- many are free.

* Remote, free: Use your iPhone as a remote control for your computer's iTunes or your Apple TV.

* Facebook and/or MySpace, free: Catch up on your real-world friends and see their latest photos. Great for killing time in waiting rooms.
* Shazam, free: What's that song playing in the car/bar/store? Find out in a few seconds.

* Google Earth, free: The built-in Google Maps app is great for getting around, but Google Earth is a traveler's dream app. Gorgeous scenery, including 3D landscapes.

* Instapaper, free or $10 for Pro version: Save Web pages to read later. Great for saving news articles, blog posts for train rides, rainy days, whenever. Pro version has neat auto-scrolling feature powered by the iPhone's motion sensor.

* Tap Tap Revenge, free, or Tap Tap Dance, $5: The iPhone's equivalent of "Guitar Hero" or "Rock Band." Play along with music, including new live multi-player mode on the free edition. If you're not sick of Christmas music yet, check out Weezer's $2 Tap Tap Revenge Christmas edition, too.

* Sol Free, free, or Solebon Solitaire, $2: The cleanest, best looking solitaire game we've seen on the iPhone yet. Popular on the NYC subway.

* Rolando, $10: The iPhone's equivalent of "Mario" -- and the best iPhone game we've seen so far. Makes great use of the phone's motion sensor, touchscreen, and gravity. (Our review here.)

* Frenzic, $2 on sale: Addictive, speed puzzle game. Great for Tetris lovers. Fifteen minutes every morning will get your brain turned up to 11. (As of this afternoon, we're the 422nd best Frenzic player in the world.)

* Aqua Hoops, $1, or free Aqua Baller and Aqua Punt: Mimics those plastic kids' toys: Use the touchscreen and motion sensor to sink small basketballs/footballs into their goals. Beat others' scores on the Internet.

* Labyrinth LE, free, or $7 for full version: Tilt your iPhone or iPod touch to move steel marbles across a wood surface. Another classic board game that feels even more fun on the iPhone.

* Real Soccer 2009, $6: The reason we didn't buy a Sony (SNE) PlayStation Portable. A great soccer game -- just as good as you'd find on any other portable gaming system -- with wi-fi multiplayer mode.

* Amazon, free: Great way to make sure those after-Christmas sales are actually a good deal. Check the in-store price against the Amazon price.

* AOL Radio, free: Tune into local and Internet radio stations via your iPhone. Seeya, Walkman!

* Pandora, free: Another popular, free Internet music app. Hooks in to the Pandora Web site.

* Voice recorder, $1: Record a conversation, take verbal notes for later, or eavesdrop on the table next to you.

* Scribble, free: Make simple drawings, scribble on photographs, save and email them.

* Koi Pond, $1: Watch beautiful fish swim around your screen, and scare them away with a touch. Great for your kids or if you've had too much egg nog.

* Ocarina, $1: Neat, bizarre musical instrument. Also see/hear what others are playing around the world.

* Texas Hold'em, $5: Beautiful poker game built by Apple. Wi-fi multiplayer gaming for up to 9 people.

* Flashlight, free: Don't laugh. It's helped us find the lock on our door several times.

Teenage iPhone users, what are your favorite apps?

Cesca [bre

I'm deliberating getting an iPhone because I've heard it's a great phone for a high school / college student. Aside from games, what are your favorite apps? Any great school-related ones that you would recommend?
Oh, you can also include ones that are non-educational, too. : ) I just happen to be a freak about school. And personally, I don't have the patience for games, but if you'd recommend anyone quirky, unique, or somehow useful apps that's perfectly fine. : )

Answer
The iPhone has truly revolutionized my technological life and been a daily asset to me since 2007 when I first took a bite out of that marvelous little Apple. If you can afford the iPhone and its obligatory monthly fees, I highly recommend it because it's like having quite literally dozens of devices - a camera, calculator, GPS navigator, language translator, iPod and oh so much more - all neatly compiled into one that easily slides into the pocket of your jeans.

I got the first generation iphone the summer I was fifteen and heading into my junior year of high school, and it's since been passed down to my youngest sister, but I'll try to remember all the apps I had on it to help me with my classes and prepping for college.

~ Graphing Calculator
~ Periodic table for chemistry
~ SAT Vocabulary
~ SAT Test Prep
~ "5 Steps for a 5" Study Guide to AP US History, and AP Psychology
~ Alpha Exam (AP guides that are far less thorough, but still helpful)
~ Flash cards
~ CliffsNotes to Go (they have them for heaps of books and are only 99 cents apiece)
~ EZ Read: this app has all the content on SparksNotes website, and also includes helpful literary quizzes
~ Peterson's College Guide: this app is a wonderful resource, but it runs a bit slow. I still give it a thumbs up, especially since it's free. It's essentially the CliffsNotes version of their phonebook-thick guide.
~ Egiate: this is an awesome, free college guide app that is really well maintained.

Of all the apps listed, McGraw-Hill's "5 Steps for a 5" study guides were the most beneficial. They are around $10 each, and I credit them for helping me to do so well on my exams because were really sharpened my knowledge on those subjects.

I upgraded to the 32gb 3GS iPhone last fall, and am even more delighted with it than its predecessor. I have 11 pages of apps, so this answer would be so long your eyes would glaze over if I explained each one, but I took a screen shot of them and put them on my Photobucket for you, and you just email me if you have specific questions.
http://s353.photobucket.com/albums/r375/SkylarkMelody/iPhone%20Screen%20Shots/

I am posing a mini-guide to my iPhone on my blog and will send the link to you and either edit and add it here and put it in a comment.

This is a list of my absolute favorite apps:

Edit: snickerfazzle. I thought I could make just the album with the iPhone apps public and keep the rest of my pictures private, but Photobucket is not cooperating. I'll try to figure out a way to share the screenshots of the iphone with you with you without giving the rest of the world access to my baby photos.

What apps would you recommend for me?
