I have an iPad 4, so it has the most updated iOS, and was wondering what the best photo editing app was? I don't want it for making a face look prettier, maybe like editing the background or putting a lot of photos together like I'm a twin.(not a collage)
Any cool apps like that at all, or similar? Hanks(:

The App focus on the professional editing and more effects and filters ,but it's so easy to use.

As for your require of "Twin",i recommed you the Montage of Fotor online editor:

You can put lots of photos into a background picture,and use "Easer" to wipe out the elements you don't want, it's pretty interesting.

It all depends on what you are doing, but there is an Adobe Photoshop mini app on iPad that's probably got a lot of what you need. I like Procreate, which is more about painting.
