Photo edit app for ipad?

Is there any good iPad app that does good to decent skin touch ups?? I've looked around and every app seems to have the same filter effects and color controls, but I can't find any that does skin touch up that doesn't ruin the picture

Hello, folks. I currently have the Ipad 2. I was wondering if anyone out there knew of a photo-editing software (free), that includes layers? The winner will be determined on which application works the best, thank you!!

To many people's surprise, the iPad is a great photo editor. Photogene, Filterstorm, PhotoForge - there are tons to try out.
