Photo editing apps on iTouch?

I just wanted to know how to do that photo effect where in a picture there's two images of the same person but they are doing two separate things.

I don't knwo about on the iPod touch, but I know that if you have a webcam you can use this site on your computer and you don't have to download it. http://www.seenly.com/ It has other effects too, so just look at them all. Sorry I don't know any app that can do that. But "cam wow" it a really funn picture app. (: and "Fotplr PS" is a great photo editor!

Ok , so I love to edit , and I want to know any good photo editing apps ? I have FilterMania 2 , Phonto , and PhotoWonder and also LINE camera. Any other good ones ? I would like apps that have great filters , and good fonts. Is Phonto the only one ? Since I can't edit on the computer , the iPod is the only thing I can edit with. Also , does any one know how to get the galaxy backgrounds ? If you answer , tanks bunches.

As for galaxy backgrounds you can always google image them and take a screenshot
