Google play store photo editing apps?

I have a Samsung galaxy note 10.1 and am trying various photo editing apps. There are lots of them and have downloaded then uninstalled quite a few. Any recommendations will be appreciated.

So I have a "fandom" account on instagram and I make photo edits and upload them on Instagram and I need some new editing apps for an android tablet. I already have Pixlr express, PicsArt, and piclab. I really need editors that blend photos really well and that still keep the quality looking great I've heard "blender" works good but I can't get iOS apps and I also need editing apps that have really good texts fronts like doodle text or instatext and MAKE SURE THEYRE ON GOOLE PLAY PLEASE thanks hope you can help

But Fotor also has professional editing app for android, it including effects and basic edits and more. Export photo are high qulity.
