How do you sync everything from your iphone to your computer?

I need to save my photos apps and music from iphone onto my itunes because my photos messing up and I want to make sure I don't loose anything. So how do I sync things from my iphone to itunes?

if you are using a mac it will open iPhoto when you plug it in and you can sync then
if you are running windows- (As i am not) i would Check to see if your ICloud is big enough to hold them all or open ICloud and pull your pic to your computer from there

is it possible to hook a camera to an ipod touch?

i wanna be able to use some iphone specific apps, such as photo apps and video chat. is there a way toconnect a cam to my ipod, and if so, how?

not yet, you could wait until September when they might unveil a new itouch that might have a camera
