What is an app for photo editing?

I am looking for a Mac app that allows me to edit my photos. I would like to have teeth whitening ability as well as air brushing. Thank you!

Is a Mac laptop good for music and photo editing?

I need something better that I can produce my music on as well as for photography editing software. It would be nice if it had some space for a little gaming as well. I've been looking at a Mac for quite some time, but is it worth it? Or can you recommend any good ones?

a mac is fine for music and photo editing, not known for their gaming capabilities. if your only interested in casual gaming macs are fine as they have limited access to steam and there are some decent games in the app store. If your going to buy a mac though make sure you do your research and be absolutely sure it is what you want as they are quite pricy
