How much does a mac cost?

Ok, so I want to buy a Mac computer... I love all the application things you can use and I think it's a great computer. It would help SO much if you could list the different kinds of Mac computers and the prices. emphasis on the cheapest but still has Also of the cool features like photo booth and garage band. That would be so much help! Thanks!

Brand new, they cost a minimum of at least $1,000 for a simple computer that doesn't do much or have a lot of software. Right now, most of what you're paying for is a brand name. I don't know what the iCloud and the Lion OS will do when they come out, but so far, the only Apple devices worth their price are the iPads, iPhones and iPods.

Where in the Apple store are you able to take those pictures with added cool effects?

But when I enter the store,I just see that the iphone is able to take pictures but just boring pictures.
Please don't respond with "just go ask them."
I just want to know what device the feature is on.;
