What are some very good picture design apps?

I have a Samsung Galaxy s3 and I'm looking for a cool way to edit my photo. Not the photo itself but like a nice design or background. For example, what I have in mind is like I choose a few pictures and it prrsents them in a unique way, maybe make it look like photos scattered on a table or something of that
nature.

want something protable?? just a handphone with at least 5 or 8 megapix. Iphones and Samsung galaxy S2 have those functions,plus if u get am iphone there are many apps that u can use to edit the effects and add effects which will surely suits u. There's internal and external cameras too so it's like the perfect thing!
