How do you backup data from your iphone?

My little cousins always play on my iphone and sometimes they delete some of my games. This deletes all of the data on it and I have to restart all over again. Its very frustrating. Is there a way I can back up all the data on my iphone so if something gets deleted all the game saves and data will still be there? I tried to back it up to icloud but when i tested it on fruit ninja, deleted the app and re installed it all my blades were gone. Please help?

After you do what M.D recommended and create a local iTunes backup you may also use the iPhone Backup Extractor tool at iphonebackupextractor.com to retrieve app data and game saves from your iTunes backup. It can also extract other useful data such as contacts, SMS, calendar, notes, photos, videos, etc. Hope this helps.
