Sickipedia (TONS of jokes and free!)
eBay
Sky Sports centre (GREAT if you like football (or soccor as you guys call it))
Sky Sports news ( news on everything sport)
CoPilot (which is a sat nav)
AppZilla 2 (has about 100 useful things in it)
Camera + (its normal camara with a + ! )
PictureShow (probably the best photo effects app)
Downloads (go to any site and download anything on that site, like videos and pictures)
Vevo
Break (great for home vids of people and random pranks)
TONS OF GAMES
SkyNews
Voices (voice changer)
Nike Training (great for visual vids and how to do exercise correct)
MyFitnessPal (prob the best fitness app out there)
Sleep Cycle (instead of your alarm going off and you body getting crazy, this will slowly wake you up and it will feel natural)

And thats my favs but there is just too many to mention!

iPod Touch is a complete portable gaming device

iTunes offers tons of FREE Video PODCAST, and educational stuff from Universities like Stanford,Howard etc.
