Sometimes on Instagram, I'll see girls with, I'm not sure how to describe it, but little sparkles, or something on the sides of their pictures. It just makes any picture look prettier. I know most of them have iPhones, but, any suggestions for some cool picture effect apps for my Android?

I'd like one that's free, one where you can put cute fonts and also (a bonus, but if it doesn't have it, that's fine) effects like sparkles and bubbles. FOR MAC PLEASE~! Please include a download link. CinePlay does not work for me.

you mention Mac as device, but when you mention CinePlay, that is iOS savvy, not Apple desktop ware, so editor may be for iPad or iPhone , so there may be some misconstrueing of terms and meanings for Mac as being laptop or desktop, and not always referring to iPad specific via Apple products, that being an App as opposed to program, though bother being software, but not always as App for Mac As would be mobile devices,
