Any good free apps for photo edit? I'm not looking for frames or effects I got enough of those apps. Something loft like the tumblr edits. An backgrounds. Or editing website or then photoshop? Thanks!!

What are some good apps for photo editing. Not just adding effects to the photo but maybe silhouettes or cool fonts. I don't have IOS7 so nothing that requires it please
