Photo Editing Apps Please?

Hey guys so can you give me some photo editing apps? I'm not looking for apps that gives effects on your photos -.- .. i want apps that Tumblr Girls use and stuff . Right now im using Touch Blur and photo wizard. I have the iPhone 5 so i guess any app if fine. And i want FREE apps...
I want apps to make them look like Acacia Brinley lololololol . Thaaaanks ~ 10 points for best answer?

Citrify, iPiccy, PicMonkey, Ribbet, Picadilo, Fotor, FotoFlexer or Lunapic are great all round web based and FREE editing tools. Adobe, makers of the expensive Photoshop, has a free website version in Photoshop Express. If you are a former Picnik user than Picmonkey and Ribbet will be your best choices.
