Please comment with best android AND iPhone apps , because I have a galaxy s3 phone and an iPod 5 . I already use picsart and phot grid , anymore ? Please comment ! My pics on instagram are not ugly , I just want more better looking editing for MORE likes ! Q. A lot of people on Instagram have their photos come out really cool and I wanna know how to do that and they aren't just using Instagram filters. And like when they crop a photo it's white all around not like black if that makes sense? Anyway name free cool photo filtering editing apps!

Adobe, makers of the expensive Photoshop, has a free website version in Photoshop Express. If you are a former Picnik user than Picmonkey and Ribbet will be your best choices.
If you need/want more features downloading GIMP is a great options. Still free, but you have to download the software.
