IPhone 4 photo edit apps?

Q. What are some really good FREE apps for the iPhone 4 in which you can edit pictures and add cool effects (filters and such)? Doesn't have to be all in one app, but can someone list a few? And they have to be FREE, please. Thanks!

Q. Basically, I want to be a cool hipster white girl. There have been a lot of cool instagram photos lately with triangle shapes and whatnot. Does anyone know what apps these are from? I already have fotor, pixlromatic, and shapely and it is not any of these.

Instamirror/catwang/piclab/splitpic/whitegram/ oh and papelook and btw when u use papelook u need to add a photo and then there will say item in the left corner c: press that and there will be lots of cool stickers. Hope i helped bye xx
