I have two computers, a mac book pro and an imac. my music is spaced out between the two. if i want to sync both the music onto my iphone how can i do that.

I have an iPhone 3GS. I had taken some pictures with my iPhone 3G. I transferred the pictures from the 3G to my p c. Now, how do I transfer those to my 3GS? Some of the pictures are great for a background on a phone. I didn't realize I would be changing phones when I took the photos. I sent the 3G phone to my grand daughter because I thought my husband knew how to make the transfer. Please help!
