I got my iPod Touch filled with valuable family photos, music and app data that i don't have backed-up anywhere else because my computer is broken. Ive bought a new PC since then and I want to sync my iPod Touch to iTunes. But im afraid it will cause all my important data to be deleted.
Is that likely? And if so, how do I extract photos or music from my iPod Touch?
----
(extra info: im running the ipod touch 2g. Ive synced with 2 itunes accounts before. I got a 64bit system. I got iphone explore downloaded but it doesnt help me find the files)
I cant find any pictures in my Explorer. I am using Vista btw.
And I have selected "show hidden files and maps"
Answer
I used Tansee iPhone Transfer Photo.

It can help copy both iPhone Library Photo ( the photos sync with iTunes) and iPhone Camera Photo ( the photos taken with iPhone Camera ) to your selected folder on your computer completely and safely. The whole process needs just a few simple clicks.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how:

Okay I'm having a little trouble. A while ago I uploaded all my pictures from my computer to my Iphone. Then my computer crashed and all my pictures are gone. I'm trying to upload my pictures from my Iphone to my computer and it will only bring up the photos that I've taken. I've also downloaded an app for photo transfer but for some reason they are not ALL showing up. Please help me.
