Photo editing iPod apps?

I want a free app that allows me to edit photos (add text, photo effects, etc). I have a 3rd generation iPod touch. Any apps for that?

I'm not sure if there are any decent free apps to do that, but what I normal do is upload the pics to my computer, and edit them on picnik.com. they come out really nice and are totally free. then you can save it back to the computer or email it to yourself and pull back up on your ipod.

I like to edit photos, like adding fairies or levitating light bulbs. I like to use blender and picmixlite. I want something more advanced, but it can't cost too much :(
