So I got a microsoft surface pro with type cover by selling my ipad 4 and ipad 3

I want to do some work on it, I want to test out the little mighty pc and do something on it besides watching youtube on it all day and playing world of warcraft

Include options on what I can do in microsoft office because it came with it and I don't want to let it go to waste.

I mainly do the regular web browsing, extensive picture/audio/video editing, youtube and movies.
Do you think I pad 3 is for me?
(I've never owned any of ipads, so totally don't know anything other then desktops, laptops and netbook). Plz guide.

Usually I tell people that do extensive picture/audio/video editing that the iPad isn't for them because it's more of a content consumption device. But if so far you've been getting along doing all that on a netbook, then I think the iPad 3 might be a good choice.

The iPad 3 is very good for web browsing, watching YouTube and movies, and you can definitely do some editing. If you do decide to purchase an iPad 3, make sure to get the iPhoto app for editing photos, iMovie app for editing movies, and the Garage Band app for editing music. These apps are all very high-quality, made by Apple, and cost $5 each.
