Recover photos from iPhone?

I just recently restored an iPhone, without backing up the photos which were really important. The iPhone doesn't have an iTunes backup and I'm wondering if there is any way possible I can recover those photos. By the way I'm using windows. I'll be really grateful if anyone can help.
I've got the photo recovery program, but I'm looking all over without any luck to find the software to make the iphone be seen as a drive in windows. :S help.

i guess they werent too important if you didnt back them up before a restore! they even warn you about that with a nag screen before the restoration.

but anyways...you need to find an utility that will allow the iphone to be seen as a drive in windows.

then you will need a data recovery software app to possibly be able to get the photos of the iphone.

My phone was jailbroken to un jail break I had to restore my phone, I forgot to back up my photos :( I transfered all my purchases. I had an application to store photos privately but everything on my phone has lost it contents. Is there ANY way of getting my photos back? I don't understand why all my applications reset after the restore and why all my photos from that app were wiped and also all my games were wiped
