best photo editing apps 2012 image

I have been trying to find an editing app that has the black sparrows picture/sticker? I see it all the time on instagram, in the corners of pictures, usually in pictures of One Direction. I don't know if anyone would know what app that is in, but if you know of any other good editing apps, that would help a lot! Thank you!
