What are some good FREE photo and video editing apps for iPhones? I want one that can edit photo and video. One that you can save your edits to the camera roll for free. And one that is all free, no extra payments, good quality and basically just an overall good app. Thanks for those of you who will answer!!

What photoshop is right for my editing style?

I love to edit pictures, and I have a few free and one dollar crappy apps on my iPhone, but I've been saving up for a while and researching Adobe Photoshop. I like to do creative editing, like photo merging for example. I know one person that can merge trees onto her eyelashes, or make herself look like she's standing on leaves of a tree (not just touch ups and stuff) I know that the cs6 is more than 600 dollars, and I really dont want to spend more than 200ish. I heard that Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 is a good option but I'm not entirely sure yet. Any opinions would help, especially current photoshop editors! Thanks and have a good day!


Also, I don't want that free download knock off version so don't bother with that!
