I looked at all the twitter apps for uploading pictures and they all cost money. My bill is already 100 dollars a month. Im not spending any more money on this phone!

You could always do it with the Twitter app just click new tweet and click on the photo icon, Or use Tweetdeck. Just change or see the settings to see what website it uploads to.

dTECT is probably the best. it uses facial recognition to take pictures. It also lets you upload any photo you want to Facebook, Twitter, and Flickr. You can even email them. Another cool thing is that you can send Tweets and update your status on Facebook. My favorite thing though, is that you can customize the interface with all sorts of nifty themes. I rarely buy any apps but dTECT caught my eye because of the facial recognition feature. It's so cool. I highly recommend it.
