No, not by iPod or iPhone, by computer. I know there's not going to be a really straight answer, but if anyone knows some back way. And I already have an account. its a macbook pro by the way.

From the 1st link below we read...
"Instagram was initially supported on iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch; in April 2012, the company added support for Android camera phones running 2.2 (Froyo) or higher. It is distributed via the iTunes App Store and Google Play."

That means "NO". There is no OS X, no Windows for Instagram.

That doesn't mean you can't get around the rules. See the second link below for "Instagram client apps for OS X".
